1- Used Urschel Model 3600 Stainless Steel Comitrol, S/N 700. Mounted on stainless steel base with casters, machine is driven by 10 HP 3/60/230-460 volt electric motor. Equipped with stainless steel horizontal feed screw, separately driven by 1.5 HP 3/60/230-460 volt Washdown motor. Equipped with stainless steel starter box, this versatile machine, can be used for flake cutting, chopping, emulsifying and pureeing foods, such as meat, poultry, fruits, vegetables and cheeses.
