This double spiral oven has two (2) independently controlled temperature zones and can produce up to 3,500 pounds per hour, depending on type of product being processed. Ideal for continuous cooking of meat, poultry, potato dishes and vegetables. This equipment was manufactured in 1995 and originally cost approx. Us$800,000.00.
