1-Used General Machinery Corporation “GENMAC” Model 3100 S/M Frozen Meat Flaker/Slicer, S/N 5359.  Suitable for flaking or slicing frozen meat up to approx. 9″ thick, 20″ wide, 24″ long.  Driven by 20 HP 3/60/230-460 volt motor.  One block can be sliced or flaked within 30 seconds, depending on the block temperature and type of product being cut.  Slicing/cutting drum turns at 450 rpm and machine has stainless steel guards and conforms with USDA standards.  (Stock  #8089)
