Kettle has full Jacket rated 90 PSI @ 300 Deg. F., National Board #5472, Code stamped. With “Tilt-Out” double motion agitation, kettle has stainless legs and is mounted on portable base with casters. With top mounted 5 HP, 3/60/230-460 Volt Explosion Proof Variable Speed Drive, kettle has stainless steel sectional lid and approximately 2-1/2 In. bottom discharge.
