1 – Used Lee 250 Gallon Type 316 Stainless Steel Jacketed Hemispherical Kettle.  Dimensions approx. 52 In. diameter X 39 In. deep, kettle is jacketed for 90 PSI.  Equipped with approx. 3 In. diameter bottom discharge with ball valve, the kettle is on stainless steel legs. Last used in food production. (Stock # 8801E)
