40 Gal Groen self-contained electric twin action kettle, tilt discharge, 316 SS

1-Used Groen 40 Gallon Type 316 Stainless Steel Self-Contained Electric Twin Action Scraper Agitated Tilt Kettle, Model DEE/4-40,  S/N 62359.  Kettle body measures approximately 28 in. diameter x 22 in. diameter deep. Equipped with tilt-out twin action agitation consisting of side scrape agitator and off-center “bar style” counter rotation agitator.  Jacket rated 50 PSI @ 300 Deg.F., National Board and Code stamped.  Agitation driven by top mounted Eurodrive 1.5 HP 3/60/230-460 Volt motor, kettle also has Square “D” variable frequency drive for variable speed operation of agitation.  With electrical heating specifications 3/60/480 volt, kettle was last operated in food industry.  (Stock #8163)
