F., National Board #8734, Code Stamped.  On 48 In. High stainless steel legs, kettle has hinged stainless lid with approx. 6 inlets.  Equipped with approx. 1 ½ In. diameter center bottom discharge with hand operated valve, as well as off-center 2 ½ In. diameter outlet.  Equipped with top mounted portable agitator with “washdown motor” and 36 In.
