Jacket rated 125 PSI @ 353 degrees F, National Board # 5018, Code Stamped. Mounted on stainless steel A frame, scrape surface agitation driven by 2 HP 3/60/208-230-460 volt explosion proof motor. Applications include food processing, personal care manufacturing, shampoo and hair conditioning industries, pharmaceutical manufacturing, etc. With 2-piece stainless steel lid, Kettle has Lee “Fluid Flow” discharge valve, approx. 3 in. diameter which is reduced down to approx. 2 in. diameter.
