With approximately 48 inch high stainless steel legs , kettle has 4 inch diameter center bottom outlet with Lee “Fluid-Flow” valve. With Stainless Steel bridge, double motion scraped surface agitation is driven by top mounted electric motor, 3/60/230-460 volt (stock#8661A)
