1-Used hamilton 300 gallon stainless steel jacketed double motion mixing kettle, s/n a-4659. Dimensions approx. 56″ diameter x 43″ deep. Kettle is jacketed for 125 psi @ 345 degrees f, national board #1656, code stamped. With double motion scrape surface agitator, kettle has two-piece stainless steel hinged lid and is on approx. 36″ high stainless steel legs. With approx. 2″ diameter center bottom discharge outlet.
