Kettle jacketed for 90 PSI @ 332 degrees F, National Board number 9770 and code stamped. Last used in food production, the kettle has stainless steel legs and Two (2) top-mounted 7.5 HP 3/60/230-460 & 10 HP 3/60/230-460 Volt drive motors. Equipped with bottom discharge outlet.
