Interior dimensions approximately 30 In. diameter X 26 In. deep. Equipped with scraped surface agitator, as well as, secondary off-center perforated paddle agitator, particularly suited for heavy, viscous products. With top mounted Reeves Explosion Proof Variable Speed Drive, kettle also has A-B Explosion Proof starter box.
