Interior dimensions approx. 30 In. diameter X 28 In. deep, this self-contained Kettle utilizes natural gas and is rated in jacket 30 PSI @ 300 Deg. F., National Board #134105, Code stamped. Equipped with inclined sweep surface agitation, driven by Eurodrive 1HP variable speed motor. Equipped with bottom discharge with approx. 1-1/2 In. diameter valve.
