1-Used Lee “Shallow Design” Stainless Steel Jacketed Scraper Agitated Kettle/Pan. Pan measures 90 In. diameter and is designed for cooking preserves, gravy, stew, pie fillings, etc. With top motor gear motor driving the slow speed scraped surface agitator, product is gently moving across surface of the kettle to preserve integrity of product being processed.
